i totally agree robert. that if you don’t actually feel gratitude it is just phoney. sometimes the best you can do is hate a little less and that’s okay. the trick is to accept where you are and then maybe reach for just a little better feeling.

What’s worst is when people tell you that you should feel grateful as if they were authorities on the subject! It’s all very Christian where they tell you in church that you should love god, but truly nobody does! 🤪
