perspective

So I was flying into Hilo and looking out the window at the pristine blue water.  I was thinking how a tourist would think they had arrived in paradise.  Of course living anywhere you get the full picture of the good,  the bad and the ugly.  Living here I know that water in Hilo bay is anything but pristine.  It all depends on your perspective and in this case ignorance is certainly bliss.  Getting above an area gives you a whole new perspective.  What areas of your life could you employ an “ignorance is bliss” attitude?  What area of your life would getting a bird’s eye view help?  Just some thoughts…
